M&CSaatchi fortalece su equipo sumando expertise digital

M&CSaatchi Madrid has just announced a new phase in the consolidation of its digital area with the incorporation of two professionals with vast experience in the area of communication, marketing and digital advertising. In this way, Mario Arcos joins the M&CSaatchi Madrid team as UX&UI Design Lead, while Alicia Gismera will be the new Digital Project Manager.

With over 20 years of professional experience and a high specialization on Branding and Advertising, Mario Arcos, Engineer in Visual Communication by Universidad Autónoma de Quito (UNAQ), has worked for agencies such as Grow, La Moderna, Ogilvy One and Accenture Interactive, undertaking responsibilities as Creative Digital Director, Brand Experience Lead and UX & UI Expert.

In the last four years of his professional career, and as a member of the Accenture Interactive digital area, he has led Service Design, Innovation, Connected Spaces, Digital Products and Data Personalization service departments for clients like 3M, Santander, BBVA, Amadeus, NH, Radisson, Movistar, ING, Iberdrola, Repsol and Mango, launching different campaigns that have received awards in national and international festivals. In addition, Arcos is currently a professor in the Master’s degree on UX/UI and Director of the Digital Branding course at Marketing Digital Kschool.

On the other hand, Alicia Gismera, Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication of Universidad Europea and with 8 years of experience in the communication and marketing world, has developed part of her professional career in Unika FM, where, besides preparing the annual media planning of the musical industry events, as a Publisher she managed the radio’s digital platform for brands like Línea Directa, Solmania, Snowzone or Yelmo Cines, among others.

In her last stage, also developed in Accenture Interactive, her professional work focused on Digital Transformation and Paid Media, specializing in areas such as Email Marketing, Influencers Marketing or SEO, among others. Alicia Gismena was one of the persons responsible for the first “performance creativity” project with Klinc by Zurich, a success and reference case for the company. In addition, she has developed works for reputable clients such as BBVA, Radisson and Movistar Play.
